Yes, you can freeze milk! You just need to blend it to reconstitute it, since it separates once you defrost it. I learned this tip from my grand-parents who used to travel to the Commissary once a month to stock-up on their grocery staples.
A couple of days ago, when we were getting low on milk, I pulled a carton of almond milk out of the freezer and let it sit on the counter for a few hours to defrost. It only took a minute to run it through the blender to make it “look” like almond milk again!
